The Warrior Diet is a diet that’s based around humans’ history as hunter gatherers and warriors.
The basic idea is that back before agriculture drastically changed our eating habits, we would spend most of our day looking for food and not eating much, and then eat the majority of our food at night.
According to the author of the Warrior Diet, Ori Hofmekler, eating this way is healthier because it triggers certain evolutionary processes in our bodies that help with weight loss, strength gain and general health.
The second key component of the warrior diet is exercising the way a warrior might, by replicating warfare activities (martial arts, rock climbing, hiking, weight lifting).
